Garden State Beer Company to Celebrate First Anniversary

|

Boy that went fast!  On Saturday, March 4th, Garden State Beer Company will be throwing it’s first anniversary party starting at 3pm.  They will be celebrating the anniversary with their first bottle release, a Russian Imperial Stout Anniversary Ale in Bomber Bottles.  Garden State Beer Company Members get first dibs on the bottle release, so if you want it you should get there early.  The other big news at the brewery is the installation of a new 4 BBL brew kettle that will be ready to start brewing this weekend.  Tara and I recently visited the brewery and had a great time sampling beers with Carisa, Jen, and Adam. The brewery itself has a fantastic layout and tons of space.  For those of you old enough to remember this building when it was Delarato’s, it is really a huge change. They were able to repurpose some of the interior but it is unrecognizable to anyone who spent any time at the old bar.  The brewing area is visible from the entire bar, which we love, and adds to the overall feel of the place as a working brewery.  We also were able to take a peek at the “Paint and Pints” event that was going on with Jen and that looks like a ton of fun, even for people like myself who are artistically challenged.

Congratulations to Jason, Brian, Bryan, Carisa, Jen, Adam, and everyone from the brewery on their first of many anniversaries!  Cheers!
